Continuing Education Requirements for Real Estate Licenses in Rhode Island:
Each real estate licensee is required to complete a minimum of twenty four (24) hours of continuing education every two year license renewal. Of the 24 hours of required continuing education, a minimum of six (6) hours must be obtained from core topics. The "CORE" courses are noted below.
Throughout the course, there are lessons quizzes that must be passed with 80%. The State of Rhode Island does NOT required an end-of-course exam for continuing education.
